基于Pro/E软件的手机壳造型及注塑模设计

摘　　要：传统的异型产品设计、模具设计及其加工都是根据二维工程图来完成的,加工出来的产品数据精度低,往往需不断地修改产品设计和修改模具,因此,它研发周期长、成本高。针对上述问题,本文采用最新CAD/CAE/CAM-Pro/En-gineer软件来实现三维设计,大大地缩短了产品的研发周期、模具设计周期和加工周期,提高了产品设计的准确性,大大降低产品开发、模具设计的成本。本文介绍了最新的PRO/E软件特点,并以手机壳为例,介绍了该软件在注塑模具开发中的具体应用。Traditional design ol mobile shell is accomplished according to the drawing data, theretore it always takes more time to modify the mould. The software of Pro/Engineer was adopted for the 3D design of the mobile shell, which can shorten the period of product development, mould design and manufacture, and lower the product cost. The characteristics of Pro/Engineer were described, the design method of mobile phone shell, mould design and making with this CAD/CAM system was introduced.
