摘  要:各行业通常都会根据经验指导施工,但相对于经验值,人们更倾向于计算得出的设计值。电力行业的输配线施工也不例外。为获得更一致的材料结构可靠性,美国土木工程师学会(ASCE)推出ASCE手册74“输变电线路结构负载指南”和IEC6082“6架空输变电线路设计标准”。但要使各种材料电杆的结构可靠性保持一致,仍需一套输配电线杆设计方法。为实现这一目标,ASCE的结构工程学会(SEI)推出一套电杆工程实用手册—基于可靠性的电杆结构设计标准(RBD)。Construction in any industry is often guided by empirical results, but calculated designs are always preferred over experiential values. In building transmission and distribution lines within the power industry, the preference is no difference. In order to achieve more consistent structural reliabilities across materials, American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) developed the Manual 74, “Guidelines for Transmission Line Structural Loading" and the IEC60826, ”Design Criteria of Overhead Transmission Lines". But there is still a need to provide a design methodology for both transmission and distribution poles that yields consistent structural reliabilities across all material types. To accomplish this goal, ASCE Structural Engineering Institute (SEI) committee has worked to develop a manual of engineering practice entitled “Reliabil- ity-Based Design of Utility Pole Structures”(RBD).
