摘　　要：目的了解深圳市一般人群和相关管理人员、政策制订者对生殖道感染(RTI)及其预防控制的认识和看法,以及一般人群RTI的知识水平、性行为(安全套使用)、求医行为、保健需求情况及其影响因素,探讨解决途径。方法采取专题小组讨论、个人深入访谈、现场观察、假扮病人等定性研究方法。结果选择深圳市福田区和龙岗区布吉镇育龄男女及政策制订者为访谈对象,一般人群对RTI认识不全面,水平参差不齐,对性病、艾滋病的危害认识不够,安全套使用率低,相关管理人员和政策制订者对RTI不够重视。结论一般人群对RTI的认识及防预知识有待提高,求医方式需加以正确引导,基本医疗保险应得到普及。建立社会保障制度,加强性健康教育是预防RTI的关键。Objective To identify the level of knowledge about RTI in common citizens,their sexual behavior（using condoms）, their action of seeking medical care, their requirement for health care and other determinate factors and discuss relevant solutions; to understand the recognition of RTI and its prevention and control by related policy-makers and supervisors. Method Individual citizens as well as policy-makers were selected as survey targets from Buji Longgang,Futian of Shenzhen city, and the qualitative methods（panel discussion about special topic, individual interviews, local observation, disguising as patients, etc） were used to investigate them Result There is a big difference in knowledge about RTI between different groups of citizens, who less understood the risk of STD/AIDS, and the percentage of using condoms among them was low,while the related policy-makers and supervisors failed to pay sufficient attention to RTI.Conclusion The under-standing and preventive knowledge about RTI among the common citizens should be boosted, their behaviors of seeking medical care should be guided in a correct way, and basic health insurance system should be established to cover arger population. To set up a social security system and strengthen sex education is the key of preventing RTI.
