玻璃化液对锯缘青蟹不同时期幼体成活率的影响

摘  要:以海水养殖对象—锯缘青蟹(Scylla serrata)5种不同时期的幼体为实验材料,利用自行配制的6种不同组合的玻璃化液对试验材料进行处理,处理时间分别是0.5min、1.0min、3.0min、5.0min、7.0min,统计最终的成活率。结果表明:在6种不同组合的玻璃化液中,随着处理时间的延长,各期幼体的成活率逐渐下降,在不同组合的玻璃化液和不同的处理时间下均以 Z_3(第三期蚤状幼体)的成活率最好,F 号玻璃化液(20%1.2-丙二醇+20%乙二醇)中幼体的成活率最高。Larva of Scylla serrata,which is a kind of marine aquaculture species,at five different growth stages served as materials for experiment, using six kinds of vitrified solutions to treat the materials. Treatment time were 0.5 min?1.0 min?3.0 min?5.0 min and 7.0 min respectively. Afterward the final survival rates of larva were counted. The results showed: the survival rates of larva descended gradually with the treatment time for six kinds of vitrified solutions.The survival rate of Z_3-larva (the third stage larva) was higher than that of the other stages for different time and vitrified solutions.The survival rates using F vitrified solution (composition: 20%1, 2-Propanediol +20% Ethyleneglycol) was more effective than that of the other solutions.
