摘  要:用50mg/LIAA+50mg/L根旺、75mg/LNAA+25mg/L生根、100mg/L生根、75mg/LIBA+25mg/L生根等药剂处理早紫葡萄插条的试验结果表明:各处理不同时期的发芽率有随着时间的推移而升高的趋势,以75mg/LIBA+25mg/L生根的发芽率最高(63.8%);插条生根数除50mg/LIAA+50mg/L根旺外,其余与对照相比均有所提高,其中以75mg/LIBA+25mg/L生根效果最佳。综合分析,75mg/LIBA+25mg/L生根在插条根长、根粗、根鲜重、根干重及新梢平均生长量等重要指标上均明显优于其它各处理,因此建议在生产中推广应用。An experiment was carried out in which cuttings of Zaozi grape were processed by some medicaments such as 50 mg/L IAA+50 mg/L Genwang、75 mg/L NAA+25 mg/L Shenggen、100 mg/L Shenggen、75 mg/L IBA+25 mg/L Shenggen.The results showed that the rate of cuttings germination processed by each drug has a rising tendency with time elapse.The germination rate of cutting processed by 75 mg/L IBA+25 mg/L Shenggen is the highest(63. 8%)among all treatments.The root numbers of cutting ex- cept processed by 50 mg/L IAA+50 mg/L Genwang had some increasing tendency com- pared with the contrast.Among them the effect of 75 mg/L IBA+25 mg/L Shenggen is best in producing roots.By comprehensive analysis,those cuttings processed by 75 mg/L IBA+25 mg/L Shenggen is superior to that by other medicaments in root length、root thickness、weight of fresh root、weight of dried root and young shoot growth rate.It is suggested that 75 mg/L IBA+25 mg/L Shenggen should be put into practice.
