摘　　要：人民调解协议具有民事合同的性质,具有法律约束力,对维护社会稳定、促进社会主义物质文明、政治文明和精神文明建设将产生重大的作用。The people＇s intermediation treaty has the substance of civil contract, and with the binding force of the law, it will engender great function on maintaining social stability, accelerating socialistic material civilization, politic civilization, and spiritual civilization.
