光度探头式数字自动光度滴定仪的研制

摘　　要：本文报道了光度探头式数字自动光度滴定仪的研制及应用结果。该仪器由马利奥特恒流器、石英计时器、精密恒流源、光度的一次微分的绝对值的负微分超过计量点抗干扰阀值自动判定控制器、光度探头和磁力搅拌器构成，它具有数字自动加液滴定和精密库仑滴定功能，不用预设滴定终点，不用滴定管，滴定剂用量（或滴定度）用时间计量，分析结果的典型相对标准偏差≤０．１％，操作使用简便。In this paper,a design of a new digital automatic photometric titrator with pho-tometric probe has been reported.The instrument includes Mariotte constant speed titra-tor,digital quarz timer,precise constant current source,an apparatus with stoichiometricpoint automatically judged and controlled by the derivative absolute value of photometricfirst-derivative passing over the value of overcoming obstraction and by photometric probeand magnetic stirrer.The device is provded with the functions of digital automatic photometric titration and precise Coulometric titration,It is not necessary to set up an end pointabsorption in advance,Titre is indicated by timer without burette,Analytical data is special accurate and reliable(RSD≤0.1%).And it is simple and convenient to operate.
