摘  要:首先简要介绍了在机械加工领域误差诊断的国内外基本研究现状,然后针对目前该领域内对小批量生产多工序加工误差诊断研究的不足,在对零件三维检测数据分析与信息挖掘的基础上,针对多工序加工内容,提出了一种对多工序加工误差的诊断方法,并开发出一个原型系统-—基于检测数据及经验规则的多工序加工误差诊断系统,在此基础上利用空间位置分析法得到加工误差的位置和方向,最后用典型零件给出实例证实了该方法的可行性。In this paper, brief basic research on current situation is introduced both at home and abroad in the machining field at first. The reseavch point out the deficiency in the studying of processing diagnose of tolerance in multistage manufacturing processes at present. The new methods were put fonwand to resolve the problem of multistage manufacturing processes content diagnosis. And it developed a prototype system according with the three -dimensional datum and the processing technology - the multistage manufacturing processes diagnose systems for the tolerance on the basis of regular processing course and experience and three - dimensional data. Finally, the specific instance to verify the feasibility of this method is used.
