摘　　要：影像诊断技术是衡量一个医院的医疗水平的重要指标。现在许多医院虽然有一定数量的先进的医疗设备和高水平的医生,但缺乏现代化的计算机技术的支持,很难使医院的影像诊断水平得到很大的提高,因此现代医院需要建立一个综合性的医学影像工作站。基于PACS(pictrue archiving and communication systems,医学影像的图像存储和通信系统)的医学影像工作站能及时对不同的医疗设备的图像进行管理和处理,医生可以借助它从不同的方面对疾病进行综合分析和诊断。结合医院的实际情况分别从硬件和软件的角度对医院建立医学影像工作站进行了设计,并就建立影像工作站中的信息安全问题进行了重点分析。The imaging diagnosis technique is important sign of the medical treatment level in a hospital. Now many hospitals have the advanced medical equipments and the doctors of the high level. But lack of the technical suport of modem computer technique, they can hardly promote the imaging diagnosis to a very high level,so the modem hospital needs to build up a synthetic medical image work station. The medical image work station can carry on the management and handle the picture of the different medical equipments in time based on the PACS （the picture archiving and communication systems） ,it can help doctors carry on the comprehensive analysis and diagnose diseases form many aspects. The author combines the actual situation of the shspital to design the medical image work station reasonably in hospital from the angles of the hardware and software, and emphasizes the analysis for the information safe problem during the establishment of the image work station.
