摘  要:用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对5种杂交稻及其亲本和10种常规稻之间的酯酶同工酶谱研究表明,5种杂交稻种子均具9A(R_f=0,618)特征带,10种常规稻绝大多数不具此带。杂交稻亲本表现较强的2A(R_f=0.643)和3A(R_f=0.543)酶带。萌发生长8~18天的汕优63稻苗具活性较强而稳定的12A(R_f=0.543)酶带。萌发生长8~18天的汕优63稻苗具活性较强而稳定的12A(R_f=0.312)特征带,此带在汕优22中活性较弱,而岗优12,岗优22和Ⅱ优63均无此带,这可能是汕优系列杂交稻与其它系列杂交稻的特征差异之一。By PAGE,we studied the differences of the esterase isozyme patterns of rice varieries.5 hybrids,their parents and l0 conventional rice.Restilts show that all the hybrids have a charac-teristic band marked as 9A(Rf=0.618),whereas most conventional rlce lack this band;comparedwith their respective hybrids,the parents have 2 stronger bands as 2A(Rf=0.643)and 3A(Rf=0.543);When germinating and growing for 8~18 days,the seedlings of Shangyou-63 have an evi-dent and stable characteristic band l2A(Rf=0.312).This band was also observed in the seedlingsof Shangyou-22 at the same development stage,but with much more weaker activity.However,Gangyou-l2,Gangyou-22 and Ⅱ-you-63 have no such band.Probably this is a characteristic bandof shangyou hybrid series distinguished from other hybrid series.
