摘  要:将27份耐寒性标准比较品种种植在5种试验条件下调查其花药大小,结果揭示,水稻的花药大小与其耐寒性密切相关,可作为耐寒性评价的形态指标,尤以良好气候条件下生长的材料为佳。经冷温处理后,水稻花药均有不同程度的缩小,但品种间花药缩小率差异较大,耐寒性强的,花药缩小程度小,反之则大。根据花药长度或花药大小把水稻按耐寒性强、中、弱分类是一种简单而有效的方法。The length and width of anther from 27 rice varieties Planted under five different conditions were measured.A highly significant correlation was observed between anther she and cold tolerance of rice.Therefore,anther size could be used as a morphological index in evaluation of cold tolerance of rice.For evaluation,it was better to use materials grown under well climate condition.The anther sizes of materials grown under low temperature were smaller than those grown under well climate conditions.The reduced rates of anther sizes of rice varieties with stronger cold tolerance were smaller than those of varieties with weaker cold tolerance.Anther length or anther size can be considered as a simple and efficeient criterion in evaluation of rice cold tolerance.
