摘　　要：分析了Φ1200mm两轴两径合成塔内件在合成氨生产运行中存在的问题,介绍了Φ1200mm合成塔换为三轴一径内件后的改造情况及运行效果,实践证明,改造后运行效果良好,取得了较好的经济效益。The problems existing in the operation of the 2 axial-flow and 2 radial-flow internals of the Ф1200 synthesis tower were analyzed. The revamping by replacing the 2 axial-flow and 2 radial-flow internals with 3 axial-flow and 1 radial-flow internals and its effect are introduced. The revamping proves to be good and excellent economic benefit has been obtained.
