摘　　要：从产业组织优化和集群特有能力的角度分析产业集群竞争力形成的原因开始,揭示产业集群内部的经济问题。然而,产业集群的竞争优势一般来源于其产品的竞争力,即产品的性价比高、市场适应能力强。产品的市场价格又依据产品成本加上经济利润来确定,为简化启见,用成本代替价格进行分析。The thesis reveals the economic problems in industry＇s cluster by beginning with analyzing the causes of the forming industry＇s cluster competitiveness in terms of industrial organization optimizing and peculiar ability of cluster. However, the competition advantage of industry＇s cluster generally stems from the competitiveness of its products, namely the high cost perfo, mance of the products and great market adaptive capacity. Market price of products is fixed by adding the cost of products together the economic profit. To simplify, this thesis substitutes cost to analyze for price.
