摘　　要：我国社会目前正处在转型期,对大学生心理产生了巨大冲击,这个年龄段处于生理、心理和思想变化期,心理复杂而动荡,且新进入高职院校学习,很容易成为学生情绪低谷期和转折期。适应新的形势,要提高思想政治工作的实效性,应加强对高职大学生心理健康教育的重视,通过采取有效措施,找准两者的结合点,提高思想政治工作的针对性和实效性。Our society is at a transitional period at present, which has a great impact on the physiology of college students who are at a changing period in terms of physiology, psychology and thought. After students come to vocational college, it is likely that they will face a low-mood and transitional period. In order to adjust to this new situation and improve the efficiency of ideological work. Great attention should be paid to strengthen the education on physiological health of the vocational college students. By taking effective measures and seeking the combination point, We can improve the purpose and efficiency of ideological work.
