固定宽带无线接入系统LMDS的扩展性研究

摘　　要：随着人们对多媒体业务需求的不断增长,网络容量也必须随之增长,以满足人们的需求。本地多点分配业务(LMDS)是一种新兴的宽带无线接入技术,其初期投资小,后期扩容能力强,业务扩展余地较大。文章从小区规划、调制方式、多址方式、频率优化和极化等方面对LMDS的扩展性进行了详细的分析,有助于部署一个具有高度扩容潜力的LMDS网络,同时也为LMDS网络系统的扩容起到了积极的作用。With the increasing demands for multimedia data services, network capacity needs to be expanded to meet the demands. Local multipoint distribution service （LMDS）, which can be scaled easily in later stage with a little investment for earlier stage to support multimedia network service, is a kind of burgeoning broadband wireless access technology. In this paper , the scalability of LMDS from the aspects of cell planning, modulation schemes, multiple access and frequency reuse and polarization is analyzed in details, which contributes to deploying a potentially fast expanding network and expanding capacity of LMDS.
