摘　　要：“郎风暴”引起了社会各界对国企改革的极度关注,本文在阐述国企改革的方向及质疑当前“国退民进”的“三套马车”的基础上提出了构建联合产权制度,推进国企改革的思路,并对联合产权制度的概念、产生的必然性、构建的途径以及动力机制作了具体阐述。As a result of the“Lang storm”, more and more attentions are paid to the state-owned enterprises＇ reform. In this article ,some basic principles and means about the state-owned enterprises＇ reform are expounded. And an idea that a combined property rights system should be established for the benefit of promoting the state-owned enterprises＇ reform is put forward.
