关于构建商洛市农技服务新体系的思考

摘　　要：随着市场经济体系的逐步形成,现行农业科技服务体系正面临着严峻的挑战。改革原有农技推广体制、构建新的农技服务体系,既是社会发展的必然,也是开创“三农”工作新局面的重大举措。With the formation of the market economic system, the existing service system of the agricultural technology is facing severe chahlenge.Reforming the cccrreat system of popularizing agricultural technology to establish a new service system of agricultural technology is not only the inexorble trend of the social development but also a great measure of opening up a new situation of the work concerning agriculture rural areas and farmers.
