摘　　要：通过了解我国高等教育的发展概况和国内外高校引入ISO9000标准的基本情况,分析了在高等教育质量管理中引入ISO9000标准的可行性和必要性,阐述了实施ISO9000标准的基本原则和步骤。This paper studies the development situation of higher education in China and the general situation of applying ISO9000 Standard to higher education at home and abroad, and then analyses the feasi- bility andnecessity of applying ISO9000 Standard to the quality management of higher education, and finally this paper sets forth the basic principles and procedures in the process of implementing ISO9000 standard.
