皖Ⅲ系长毛兔的选育研究

摘　　要：安徽从1982年开始长毛兔的育种研究,先后育成了皖(Ⅰ)系长毛兔(细毛型)、皖(Ⅱ)系粗毛兔(粗毛型)。皖(Ⅱ)系粗毛兔是在皖(Ⅰ)系长毛兔中选择粗毛率较高的个体组建零世代基础群,采用5月龄早选早配的方法,经系统选育而成,其11月龄产毛量和粗毛率分别达206.53克和13.69%。皖Ⅲ系长毛兔是在皖(Ⅱ)系粗毛兔的基础上,通过加强选种选配,改善饲养管理等有效措施,经过5个世代的系统选育,在保持皖(Ⅱ)系粗毛兔生长发育及繁殖性能基本稳定的条件下,进一步提高了产毛量和粗毛率,体型外貌方面与皖(Ⅱ)系粗毛兔有所区别且更加一致。据五世代兔群统计,其主要生产性能指标为:11月龄剪毛量(91天养毛期)253.19g,折合年产毛量1012.76g,11月龄刀剪毛粗毛率(含两型毛)15.14%,该两项指标分别较皖(Ⅱ)系粗毛兔提高22.59%和10.59%。11月龄毛纤维长度、细度、强度及伸度,其粗毛分别为11.49cm、45.12μm、23.47g 和46.72%,细毛分别为7.40cm、14.86μm、4.23g和44.97%;均接近皖(Ⅱ)系粗毛兔,符合纺织要求。11月龄体重、体长及胸围分别为4117.41g、50.77cm 和32.99cm。头胎产仔7.06只,产活仔6.63只,初生窝重、21日龄窝重及断奶窝重分别为349.05g、2168.19g和4901.12g。上述生产性能指标均达到或超过了原定选育目标。Since 1982,Anhui Province have begun studies on breeding of angora rabbit,and have bred Wan(Ⅰ)Strain Angora Rabbit and Wan(Ⅱ)Strain Coarse Wool Angora Rabbit (W_Ⅰ SCWAR).Making up the basic group of the highers of coarse wool rate from Wan(Ⅰ) Strain Angora Rabbit,utilizing early selection and mating at 5 month,W_Ⅰ SCWAR was bred and appraised in 1991,whose average wool yield and average coarse wool rate at 11 month were 206. 53g and 13.69% respectively.Basing on W_Ⅰ SCWAR,strengthening selection-mating,improv- ing feeding enviornment and through breeding from generation to generation for 5 generations, the wool yield and the coarse wool rate of Wan Ⅲ Angora Rabbit have been raised,and whose growth and reproduction characters have been basically steady.According to statistics of the fifth generation,major production performances:the average wool yield (91 days) at 11 month was 253.19g(the year yield about 1012.76g);the average coarse wool rate including awns was 15. 14%;and both of the indexes have been raised 22.59% and 10.59% respectively.The length,di- ameter,tensile strength and stretching extend of coarse wool at 11 month were 11.49cm,45. 12μm,23.47g and 46.72% respectively;those of downs at 11 month were 7.40cm,14.86μm,4. 23g and 44.97% respectively;and these indexes have approached the level of W_Ⅰ SCWAR,met the demands of textile.Body weight,body length and chest measurement at 11 month were 4117.41g,50.77cm and 32.99cm respectively,the primiparous litter size were 7.06;the live litter size were 6.63;litter weight at birth,21 day and weaning were 349.05g,2168.19g and 4901.12g respectively.All of above indexes of production performances have reached or exceeded the esti- mated targets.
