LRH—A_2、稀土对热应激安哥拉公兔睾丸机能的影响

摘　　要：选择热应激唐行系安哥拉公兔32只,随机分成4组,每组8只。试验1组肌注LRH—A_2,每3天1次,每次5μg,5次后改为5天1次,共注8次。试验2组饲料中加入200ppm 的稀土。试验3组肌注 LRH—A_2(同试验1组)和饲喂稀土日粮(同试验2组)。对照组不予处理。历时一个月。各组兔日粮相同,每只日喂150克,同时补喂青草400克。分别于试验始末测定睾丸体积,采集精液,测定射精量、精子密度及活力,并每组随机配种(人工授精)30只母兔,观察配种受胎率。结果表明:3个试验组睾丸分别比试验前增大9.94%、5.37%和16.71%(P>0.05),而对照组缩小了26.56%(P<0.05);4个组公兔射精量分别增加了0.28、0.31、0.24、0.13mL;精子密度增加了0.1、0.07、0.65和0.1亿/mL;精子活力分别提高0.23、0.24、0.42和0.09。母兔受胎数分别为19、20、23和11只,配种受胎率分别为63.33%、66.67%、76.67%和36.62%,均以试验3组效果最佳(P<0.01和 P<0.05)。试验初步表明,LRH—A_2和稀土元素对热应激公兔睾丸机能恢复有较好效果,两者配合使用有协同作用。In the test,32 Tang Hang Angora Male Rabbits,sufferred hot stress,were ran- domly devided into 4 groups.Each group was 8 heads.Rabbits in first group were each inoculat- ed intramuscularly with 5 μg of LRH-A_2,once per 3 days and one time per 5 days after 5 times, total 8 times.The second group were fed with 200 ppm rare-earth of feed.The third group were both inoculated LRH-A_2(same content and quantity as the first group)and fed feed of rare -earth(same content and quantity as the second group).Fourth group were untreated (control).The test took a month.The compostition of the food which provided for all rabbits was DE 8.79 MJ/kg,CP 16.20%,CF 28.52%.Each rabbit was fed 150g feed and 400g green grass dayly.All of the rabbits were measured testicular size (testicular length×width×thickness)and the seminal fluid was picked,the quantities of the seminal fluid,the density and the vigour of the sperms were measured also.Each group inseminated 30 female rabbits,in which pregnancy rates were recorded.The results showed that the rabbits' testicular size of post-treated groups in- creased 9.94%,5.37% and 16.71% compared with that of pre-treatment respectively,but the rabbits of the control group decreased 26.57%.The quantities of the seminal fluid of the groups increased respectively 0.28mL,0.31mL,0.24mL and 0.13mL,and the densities increased 0.1, 0.07,0.65 and 0.1 hundred million per millilitre respectively,and the vigours of the sperms in- creased 0.23,0.24,0.42 and 0.09 respectively,The numbers of pregnant female rabbit were 19,20,23,11,and went with a pregnancy rate of 63.33%,66.67%,76.67% and 36.62% in each respective group (P<0.01 or P<0.05).The third group was the best.The teat showed preliminarily that LRH-A_2 and rare-earth are good for the testicular functions of the male rab- bits sufferred hot stress.They can make testicular organize hyperplasia and increase the testicular size,the quantities of the seminal fluid,the density and the vigour of the sperms.They can im- prove the testicular state of no sperm a
