摘　　要：阐述了住宅可持续发展的意义和重要性,分析了住宅可持续发展的基本原则,从建筑体系、住宅设备等方面,探讨了我国住宅产业目前存在的主要问题,并提出可持续住宅的发展趋势。The significance and importance of sustainable development of residence are elaborated, based upon analysis of fundamental principle of sustainable development the problems existed in present housing industry of China are discussed from building system, facilities and other aspects. In the end the development trend of the sustainable development residences is presented.
