龙胆泻肝汤联合克林霉素治疗男性免疫性不育

摘　　要：目的观察龙胆泻肝汤联合克林霉素治疗男性免疫性不育的临床疗效。方法筛选出100例精子表面AsAb阳性的免疫性不育患者。双盲随机分成观察组与对照组各50例。观察组采用龙胆泻肝汤+克林霉素治疗;对照组采用强的松小剂量维持疗法。比较两组治疗前后精液常规、AsAb及精液中的白细胞含量的改变。结果两种疗法均可降低精子表面AsAb阳性率及精液白细胞含量,但观察组精液白细胞含量下降更显著(P<0.05);治疗后患者的精子密度、活动力、妊娠率两组均有所提高,经统计学分析两组疗效无显著性差异(P>0.05);结论龙胆泻肝汤联合克林霉素对男性免疫性不育具有治疗作用。Objective To observe the effect of treatment on male infertility using Long Dan Xie Gan Tang combined with clindamycin. Methods To choose 100 male immune infertility patients who are AsAb positive on the exterior of spermatozoa and divide them into group for observation and group for comparison randomly, each group 50 cases, observation group was given Long Dan Xie Gan Tang ＋ clindamycin. Control group was given small dose predinisone. We compare routine sperm test, AsAb and the change of content of leucocyte of sperm. Results Both treatment can reduce AsAb positive rate on the exterior of spermatozoa and the content of leucocyte of sperm. However, the content of leucocyte of sperm of the group for observation has a more significant declination（ P 〈 0.05）. There are improvements of the semen concentration, motile and clinical pregnancy of both groups after treatment. Furthermore, there is no significant difference by statistic analysis （ P 〉0.05）. Conclusion There is effect for male immune infertility by using Long Dan Xie Gan Tang combined with clindamycin.
