摘　　要：证券业的飞速发展,券商和股民需求的不断变化,导致证券交易平台随之不断改进。本文详细介绍了该系统的设计思想、功能特点和技术实现等内容。Stock exchange platform is accordingly improved due to the rapid development of stock industry and the various demand of stock markets and shareholders. The stock exchange platform based on distribution computing technology is designed and realized according to the current demands. The essay introduces in detail the design concept, features of function and technical realization of the system.
