摘　　要：大学毕业生普遍存在的择业和就业心理障碍,有其复杂的社会因素、家庭因素、个人因素和学校教育因素。但只要及时发现,排除并不困难,关键是建立行之有效的教育与服务系统。The common psychological barriers of graduates when choosing and obtaining employment involves complicated factors of society, family, individual and school education which can be got rid of as long as found in time. The key is to build up an effective system of education and service.
