摘　　要：经过一个多世纪的曲折发展,随着现代生物技术的广泛应用,优生学取得了令人瞩目的成就；然而几乎优生学的每一个新进展都伴随着相关伦理学的争议,并且这些争议还在进行。本文旨在阐述优生学的起源、发展、优生措施和伦理争议等相关问题。With the wide application of modern biologic technology, eugenics has made great achievement after one century development, while almost every progress in eugenics is with the dispute of relative ethics, and it is still on. The essay is to narrate the issues of the origin, development, eugenic measures and dispute of ethics.
