摘 要:研究了烯效唑干拌种对小麦生育后期光合作用及14C同化物分配的调节效应。结果表明,烯效唑处理增加了植株冠层叶面积,处理间差异显著,以20mg/kg处理的效果最好。与对照相比,旗叶全展后30d,MDA含量降低了14.3%,可溶性蛋白质和叶绿素含量分别增加了59.4%和12.6%。烯效唑处理提高了小麦旗叶后期光合速率,改变了14C同化物在各器官中的分配比例,分蘖盛期标记的14C同化物分配到穗的比例提高了25.9%;灌浆中期标记的14C同化物分配到主茎穗和分蘖穗的比例分别提高了10.8%和27.2%。Uniconazole waterless dressing seed can make wheat seedlings stronger and increase wheat yield in Sichuan basin. But its physiological mechanism of increasing yield, especially the research on photosynthesis and assimilate distribution in late growth stage have not been reported. The objective of this study was to analyze canopy leaf area and some physiological characters of wheat treated by uniconazole waterless seed dressing associated with different cultivars, densities, nitrogen levels, and the experiment of soil column culture. The results indicated that the canopy leaf area was increased, and with significant differences among treatments. Chuanmai 30 was more sensitive to uniconazole than Chuanmai 107 (Table 1 ), B2 (10 mg/kg) treatment was the best (Table 1 and Table 2). In lower density level (D1), B3 treatment (20 mg/kg) was highly significantly different from the control (Table 2 ). Compared with the control, MDA content of flag leaf was decreased by 14.3 % ( Fig. 1 ), while soluble protein content increased by 59.4 % ( Fig. 2) and Chl content by 12.6% (Fig.3) at 30th day after leaf full expansion by uniconazole treatments. Furthermore, Chl a/b ratio was declined more slowly than the control (Fig.4). The photosynthetic rate of flag leaf in late growth stage was enhanced (Table 3). The distribution rate of ^14C assimilate was increased in main spike by 25.9% at tillering stage (Table 5), in main spike by 10.8% and in tiller spike by 27.2% at filling stage (Table 7).
