摘 要:目的建立工作场所空气中卤代烷烃类化合物1,2-二氯乙烷、三氯甲烷、四氯化碳的时间加权平均浓度(TWA)气相色谱测定方法.方法通过活性炭管采样,溶剂解吸气相色谱法测定空气中卤代烷烃类化合物1,2-二氯乙烷、三氯甲烷、四氯化碳.按照<工作场所空气中毒物检测方法研究规范>的要求进行实验研究,并对其测定条件和气相色谱条件进行优化选择.结果方法线性范围:1,2-二氯乙烷为20~500 μg/ml,三氯甲烷为90~800 μg/ml,四氯化碳为90~500 μg/ml.相关系数介于0.999 6~0.999 9.检出限:1,2-二氯乙烷为20 μg/ml,三氯甲烷为90 μg/ml,四氯化碳为90 μg/ml,相对标准偏差为0.7%~6.4%.每100 mg活性炭对1,2-二氯乙烷、三氯甲烷、四氯化碳的穿透容量分别为30.1,32.1,32.0 mg.样品在活性炭管中至少可稳定7 d,方法重现性好.结论此方法的各项检测指标均达到了工作场所空气中毒物检测方法研究规范的要求,适用于工作场所空气中卤代烷烃类化合物1,2-二氯乙烷、三氯甲烷、四氯化碳的时间加权平均浓度测定.Objective To find a gas chromatographic method with carbon disulfide desorption for 1,2- dichloroethane, trichloromethane and carbon tetrachloride in TWA concentration in the air of workplaces. Methods Solvents such as 1,2-dichloroethane, trichloromethane and carbon tetrachloride were sampled with charcoal tube. With carbon disulfide as the desorption solvent GC (FID) analyses were performed. These methods were experimented according to 〈The Validation of Methods for Determination of Toxic Substance in the Air of Workplaces〉. The experiment and chromatographic conditions were optimized. Results Linear limits of the methods: 20 to 500μg/ml for 1,2-dichloroethane, 90 to 800μg/ml for trichloromethane, and 90 500 μg/ml for carbon tetrachloride. The coefficient of correaltion ranged from 0. 999 6 to 0. 999 9. Detection limit were 20 μg/ml, 90 μg/ml and 90 μg/ml respectively. The coefficient of variation ranged from 0.7% to 6.4%. The breakthrough capacities of 100 mg charcoal for the solvents mentioned-above were 30. 1 mg, 32. 1 mg and 32.0 mg respectively. Storage life of samples: at least 7 days under normal condition with good reproducibility. Conclusions These methods are in compliance with the Chinese guidelines of the method for determination of toxic substances in workplace air.
