摘　　要：中国特色的社会主义按劳分配是在公有制经济基础上,劳动者收入以个人提供的社会必要劳动为尺度的分配,按劳动力价值分配和按劳动贡献分配是其实现的形式,统一开放竞争有序的市场体系是其实现的条件。它从理论内涵、实现形式、实现条件三个方面,完成了对马克思主义按劳分配理论的突破与飞跃。Socialist distribution according to the performance with Chinese characteristics, based on the public-owned economy, is that laborers' income takes the social necessary labor that they offer as yardstick. Distribution is realized by workforce's value and contribution. The condition is the market system, unified, open, competitive and orderly. On three aspects of theory intension, way of realization, and realizing terms, it completes the breakthrough and leap of the Marxist theory of distribution according to work.
