摘 要:目的探讨维生素C对糖尿病肾病(DN)大鼠肾功能的保护作用机制。方法利用链脲佐菌素腹腔注射法诱导建立DN大鼠模型,将其随机分为维生素C治疗组(A组)、不用维生素C治疗组(B组);并与正常对照组比较。观察治疗期间大鼠的一般状况、血糖、尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SC r)、肾小球滤过率(GFR)、24h尿白蛋白排泄率(UAE)。结果①造模组大鼠均出现肾脏功能损害。②维生素C对血糖无影响,但能降低DN大鼠的BUN、SC r、24hUAE,增加GFR。结论维生素C无降糖作用,但有确切的肾脏功能保护作用。Objective:To explore the effect of VitaminC on renal function of streptozotocin-induced diabetic nephropathy rats. Methods:Diabetic nephropathy rats were induced by intraperitoneal injection of STZ. Rats were allocated to VitaminC group and no VitaminC group ;while they contrasted to normal control group. During and after the treatment, the general state,blood gloucose levels,blood urea nitrogen (RUN) ,serum creatinine (SCr), urinary albumin excretion rate (UAE) of the 24-hours,and clearance rate of creatinine (GFR) in different groups. Results:Diabetes mellitus and renal function lesion occurred in the model groups. VitaminC had no effect on the blood gloucose levels, while they decreased BUN, SCr and UAE of the 24-hours and increased GFR. Conclusion: VitaminC has no effect in decreasing the blood sugar level but has a certain in preventing renal function.
