摘  要:在自行设计的模拟试验台上,对不同的材料配对摩擦副,进行了船闸材料运动件的耐磨性试验。试验表明,球墨铸铁在水润滑条件下,是一种很好的自润滑材料,而铝铁青铜铸件不能适应水润滑条件下船闸运转件的需求。目前采用的锻CuNiCoBo材料,磨损试验结果不一致,既有耐磨性好的,也有耐磨性很差的,不适合作为船闸运转件材料。The wear of kinematical components in ship lock system determines the heavy repair period. The heavy repair period can be extended and the shipment can be more economy by increasing the anti-wear performance of kinematical components. On the self-made simulation rig, the wear performance of various friction material pair was tested. The experiment shows that, under water lubrication condition, spherical graphite cast iron has excellent self lubricate performance, cast aluminium-iron bronze can! meet the requirement of kinematical components. Forged CuNiCoBo,which is now used as kinematical components material in ship lock system, has inconsistency wear performance in that some experiments shows high wear performance while others has low wear performance. Forged CuNiCoBo is not suitable for kinematical components material.
