摘  要:采用BP神经网络建立了磷酸三苯酯(TPP)在菜籽油中的摩擦行为模型,通过模型检测,目标输出与模型输出的曲线成对角线,具有较高的精度。并采用模型对TPP在菜籽油的摩擦行为进行了仿真分析,TPP的添加质量分数为1.0%时,减磨性最好;TPP在菜籽油中的抗磨性在大负荷(600N以上)下,随着摩擦时间的增加下降较快。A tribological behavior model of triphenyl phosphate (TPP) acted on rapeseed oil was established by using BP-ANN. Through model checking, the curves of model outputs and goal outputs are diagonal relation. The results indicate that the model has a higher precision. The established model was adopted to simulate and analyze the tribological behavior of TPP acted on the rapeseed oil. The results show that the optimum anti-wear property is achieved when TPP' s adding quantity is 1.0%, and the anti-wear capacity of TPP in the rapeseed oil decreases rapidly as the friction time increases under heavy load condition ( above 600 N).
