摘　　要：根据水平电泵地面注水设备对密封装置有特殊的要求,设计了一种高压注水设备密封装置,通过分析研究和试验,成功地解决了密封装置的轴向力和泵轴的瞬间运动、固体颗粒对机械密封性能影响等问题,制造出满足要求的密封装置,在水平电泵地面注水设备上得到了成功的应用。According to the special requirement of horizontal submarine pump ground injection equipment, A type of mechanical seal device for high pressure injection equipment was designed, and some problems, such as axial force of seal device, moment movement of pump axle, affects of solid fine particle to mechanical seal, were solved by study and test. The mechanical seal device was applied successfully in ground injection equipment with horizontal submarine pump.
