摘　　要：只有从理论上清晰地界定并测度直接反哺、间接反哺、内源创新等经济学分析变量,才能把握工业反哺农业、城乡协调发展的理论与政策内涵。政府、社区与农户和专业化集团在国家战略规划引导和政府政策主导下的协调机制促使农业产业升级和工业产业向农业反馈、渗透。国家战略统筹、政府政策引导加上农户和专业化集团的"寻利趋势"彼此作用,共同构成工业反哺农业、城乡协调发展的"动力机制"。Only we clearly definite the following economic variables, such as direct compensation, indirect compensation, and endogenesis innovation, could we grasp the true connotation of the policy, that is, industry compensates for agriculture, and promote the coordinated development of urban and rural area. The coordinating institution among government, specialized groups and farmers,could impels the upgrade of agriculture and the feedback of industry to agriculture.The national strategy,the policy guidance of government, and the so-called profit pursuit between farmers and specialized groups, which interact each other, are commonly constitute the motivation of the policy.
