历史街区保护规划的探索和思考——以什刹海烟袋斜街地区保护规划为例

摘　　要：介绍了烟袋斜街地区保护规划中的一些规划方法的尝试,如建立保护对象的框架体系,对规划范围进行分区并根据特色制定规划,对立面进行分类并建立逐步整治的引导图则,以院落为单位建立保护规划档案,以院落为单位建立分类整治的导则等。通过烟袋斜街地区的保护规划研究,在规划设计、政策设计和实施策略等方面提出了对历史街区保护的几点思考。This paper introduces some experimental methods in the conservation planning of Yan-daixie-jie Historic Area including establishing conserva- tion objects framework, classifying areas to make different conservation planning according to their characteristics; making guide for gradual renovation of facades, compiling conservation planning archives and making renovation guide with courtyard as a unit. Based on the study of the conservation planning in Yan-dai-xie-jie Historic Area, this paper raised some topics for discussion on planning methods, policy design and implementation strategy.
