摘 要:研究了热处理工艺参数对用于制造轧机衬板工作层的多元低合金耐磨铸钢力学性能的影响.结果发现淬火温度低于900 ℃时,多元低合金耐磨铸钢硬度随淬火温度升高而升高,高于900 ℃时,硬度反而下降.淬火温度低于920 ℃时,温度对冲击韧性影响不明显,淬火温度高于920 ℃时,冲击韧性略有下降.回火温度高于450 ℃时,硬度明显降低.随着回火温度升高,冲击韧性和断裂韧性提高.回火温度高于400 ℃时,延伸率和断面收缩率大幅度提高.350 ℃回火后耐磨性最好.根据衬板的使用工况,建议多元低合金耐磨铸钢采用以下热处理工艺:900~920 ℃雾冷淬火+350~370 ℃回火.The effects of heat treatment on the properties of multi-element low alloy wear-resistant steel making the liner of rolling mill liner are investigated. The results show that the hardness increases with the increase of quenching temperature, while quenching temperature is lower than 900℃, and vise versa, while quenching temperature is higher than 900℃. It has also been shown in the tests that the effect of quenching temperature on the impact toughness can he neglected while the quenching temperature is lower than 920℃. When quenching temperature is higher than 920 ℃, impact toughness decreases with the increase of quenching temperature. Temper temperature has also a great influence on material hardness. If the temper temperature is higher than 450 ℃, the hardness begins to decrease obviously. Tempering at 350 ℃, the best wear resistance is obtained. According to the service conditions of rolling mill liner, the suitable heat treatment of multi-element low alloy wear-resistance steel for the defined mill liner is suggested to be quenched at 900 - 920℃ and tempered at 350-370℃.
