超声心动图分析心痛灵Ⅱ号对冠心病心绞痛心功能的影响

摘　　要：目的通过超声心动图新技术,定量分析心痛灵Ⅱ号治疗冠心病心绞痛后心功能的变化。方法将90例冠心病心绞痛病人,随机分为心痛灵Ⅱ号组30例、心痛灵Ⅰ号组30例、硝酸异山梨酯(消心痛)组30例。测量左室腔内径(LVDs和LVDd);测定每搏量(SV)、每分输出量(CO)、心脏指数(CI)、射血分数(EF)等指标定量左室收缩功能;测定舒张早期峰值血流速度(E)、舒张晚期峰值血流速度(A)、E峰与A峰的比值(E/A)等指标定量左室舒张功能结果3组病人治疗后,其左心室收缩末期和舒张末期内径大小改变无统计学意义。治疗后心痛灵Ⅱ号组、心痛灵Ⅰ号组心脏功能均明显改善,SV、CO、CI、EF、E、E/A等值明显升高,与治疗前比较,有统计学意义(P<0.01);消心痛组治疗后SV、CO、CI、EF等值有所升高,但EA、E/A等改变不明显;3组治疗前后差值比较心痛灵Ⅱ号改善心脏收缩和舒张功能的作用比心痛灵Ⅰ号、消心痛更为显著(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论心痛灵Ⅱ号改善冠心病心绞痛心脏收缩和舒张功能的作用比心痛灵Ⅰ号、消心痛更为显著。Objective To analyze the effects of Xintongling - Ⅱ（XTL - Ⅱ） on heart function for patients （pts） with angina pectoris （ap） by echocardiographic technique. Methods Ninety pts with ap were divided into three groups randomly： Group 1, pt.s were treated with XTL - Ⅱ; Group 2, treated with XTL- Ⅰ , Group 3, treated with Isosorbide Dinitrate（ID）. The data of LVDs, LVDd, SV, CO, CI, EF, E, E/A were recorded. The echocardiographic examinations were performed pre- and post - therapy. Results The size of left ventricle was not decreased significantly in three groups. There were no significant differences of LVDs and LVDd in these three groups. The increase of SV, CO, CI, EF, E, E/A in Group 1 were more markedly than that in Group 2 and Group 3 （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Conclusion XTL-Ⅱ possessed the actions to improve left ventricular diastolic and systolic function in pts with AP significantly. SV, CO, CI, EF, E were increased by XTL- Ⅱ more than that by XTL- Ⅰ and ID significantly.
