参松养心胶囊治疗冠心病室性早搏的临床研究 附气阴两虚、心络瘀阻型心悸病例20例

摘　　要：目的观察参松养心胶囊对冠心病室性早搏(气阴两虚、心络瘀阻型心悸)的临床疗效和安全性。方法以心律宁片为对照,进行随机双盲双模拟阳性药平行对照的临床试验。结果参松养心胶囊对室性早搏的疗效显效率为30.0%,总有效率为75.0%,治疗后能明显减少24h室性早搏总数,优于对照组(P<0.05),试验组能明显改善中医证候及中医证候总积分,优于对照组;试验组心电图疗效总有效率为53.3%,优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组未见明显不良反应,一般体检项目,血、尿、粪常规,肝、肾功能试验前正常者试验后无异常。结论参松养心胶囊对冠心病室性早搏(心悸气阴两虚、心络瘀阻证)安全有效,能明显改善中医证候。Objective To study the efficiency and safety of Shensongyangxin capsule for the treatment of ventricular premature in patients （pts） with coronary heart disease, Methods All pts were divided into two groups randomly： Treatment group treated by Shensongyangxin capsule and control group treated by Xinluning table. Results The significant efficiency and total efficiency by Shensongyangxin capsule on pvc was 30.0 % and 75.0 %, respectively, The ventricular premature following the Shensongyangxin capsule decreased significantly than that by Xinluning tablet （P 〈 0, 05）. There were no serious side effects of liver function and kidney function were observed in the two groups. Conclusion Shensongyangxin capsule was effective and safe for the treatment of ventricular premature in pts with coronary heart disease. It relieved the symptom of the traditional Chinese medicine significantly.
