摘 要:该文针对TDI装置工艺复杂、有关数据资料少、涉及的组分复杂,无法采用经验模型对单元设备进行仿真的实际情况,采用了更为准确的机理模型,并用Euler法求解数学模型,采用了Joback基团贡献法等多种估算算法解决了基本物性和热力学性质计算的问题,开发了多个化工单元仿真公用模块,并按功能把整个仿真系统分解成若干个子系统,优化了系统结构,提高了计算的精确性且很好地满足了实时动态的要求,采用C++语言,成功地开发了TDI生产工艺仿真培训系统。对生产工艺的仿真表明,该仿真培训系统能较真实地反映装置开停车、生产及事故状态的动态效果,可用于操作人员的培训,也可用于专家对生产工艺优化、诊断和控制方案的研究,在实际应用中取得了良好的效果。Real time dynamic process simulation system for TDI yielding plant was developed. According to the complexity of the TDI process in which many components and a number of complex reactions exist, a mechanism model was chosen to establish the process simulation. Several computing methods such as UNIFAC and Joback were used to calculate the basic and thermodynamic properties of the components evolved in the process. Its practical application in two TDI plants shows that the simulation software can be applied to the operator training, the process reforming and diagnosing, and the study of the process control.
