摘　　要：价格运行规律是掌握社会经济发展规律的重要内容。价格波动是由社会生产和流通的内在必然规律所决定了的,是价格运动的基本属性。支配价格波动的内在原因,既与价值生产有关,也与供求关系有关。自觉掌握价格周期运动是政府宏观调控价格波动的主导方针,是科学发展观依据的经济学出发点。在调控价格周期的过程中,应当关注“滞涨”的出现,供给学派给予我们以有益的启示。The law of price circulation is the important content of controlling social economic developing law. It is also is the basic property of price circulation. The internal reason of dominating price fluctuation is concemed both with value production and supply and demand. Conscious mastery of price circulation law is the guideline policy of government to adjust and control macroscopic price fluctuation. It is also the base of economic starting point of scientific developing view.
