腹部闭合伤致肠破裂78例临床分析

摘　　要：为了提高对闭合性肠破裂的诊治水平，回顾性分析78例腹部钝性伤致肠破裂的诊疗结果。治愈72例，死亡6例，均死于受伤12h以后手术。结果表明．早期诊断、早期手术治疗是挽救病人生命的决定性措施。The objective of this study was to sum up the experience of diagnosis ＆ treatment of intestinal rupture due to closed injuries . The data of diagnosis ＆ treatment in 78 cases with intestinal rupture caused by abdominal blunt injuries were analized retrospectively. As results, 72 cases were cured and 6 were dead, and the delayed surgical operations were performed all 12h after injuries in all the 6 cases . It is shown that early diagnosis ＆ early treatment are the key in saving patient＇s live.
