摘  要:对阿拉善荒漠区3种多浆旱生植物刺蓬Cornulacaalaschanica,红砂Reaumuriasoongorica和白刺Nitrariasibirica体内主要渗透调节物质的含量及其分配特征进行了研究。结果表明:3种植物体内Na+含量最高,还原糖的含量最低,其余介于两者之间,并随植物种类的不同而有所差异。植物体内渗透调节物质总含量的排序为:白刺>红砂>刺蓬。渗透调节物质对渗透调节的贡献平均趋势分别为:地上部分Na+>K+>Mg2+>Ca2+>可溶性总糖>脯氨酸>还原糖,地下部分Na+>K+>Ca2+>可溶性总糖>Mg2+>脯氨酸>还原糖,其中以Na+对渗透调节的贡献最大。主要渗透调节物质在植物体内的分配基本趋势为地上部分大于地下部分,总含量平均地上部分为地下部分的2.5倍。It has been investigated that the content of some osmotic adjusting materials exists in succulent xerophytes Cornulaca alaschanica, Reaurnuria soongorica and Nitraria sibirica and they distributed at overground and underground respectively. The results showed that the Na^+ concentrations of 3 species of deseft plants were the highest but deoxidize sugar contents of them were the lowest. The average concentrations of other osmotic adjusting materials were between those of both Na^+ and deoxidize sugar. Their concentrations changed with the species and distribution of them at overground and underground. The order of the concentration of total osmotic adjusting materials was arranged: N. sibirica 〉 R. soongorica 〉 C. alaschanica. We also studied the contribution of osmotic adiusting materials to osmotic adjustment. The average trend was showed. Na^+ 〉 K^+ 〉 Mg^2 +〉Ca^2 +〉dissoluble total sugar〉 proline〉deoxidize sugar in overground; In underground the order was Na^+ 〉 K^+ 〉 Ca^2+ 〉dissoluble total sugar〉Mg^2+ 〉proline〉deoxidize sugar. Among them the contribution of Na^+ to osmotic adjustment was the biggest. The contribution of some osmotic adjusting materials of 3 species of desert plants in overground was bigger than that in underground. The average content of total osmotic adjusting materials in overground was as 2. 5 times as that in underground.
