摘  要:对3种成坪草坪草在不同干旱时期(30,45和60d)、不同灌水量(10,20,30,60和90mm)处理下,进行坪质观测,同时对细胞膜相对透性(RPP)、丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸(Pro)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、叶片水分亏缺(WSD)等生理生化指标进行测定,运用模糊综合隶属函数法进行抗旱性综合评价分析,结果表明:喀什狗牙根Cynodondactyloncv.Kashi叶片枯黄发生率最低,恢复灌水后,植株形态恢复最好;抗旱节水性强弱:喀什狗牙根>新农一号狗牙根C.dactyloncv.XinnongNo1>高羊茅Festucaarundi-naceacv.Houndog。Under different treatments of period(30 d,45 d,60 d)and irrigation volume (10 mm,20 mm, 30 mm,60 mm,90 mm), turf-quality of three varieties were observed, and physiological and biochemical indices were also measured, such as content of soluble sugar, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, free Proline(Pro), relative electrical conduction(RPP), malondiadehyde ( MDA), water saturation deficet(WSD) ,and so on, using the subject function methods of obscure mathematics to evaluate comprehensively and systematically. The research results showed that the rate of turning yellow leaves of XiNnong Nol Bermudagrass was the lowest, and the plant morphological character was best after recovering irrigation. As drought-resistance and water-saving was concerned, XiNnong No1 Bermudagrass ) Kashi Bermudagrass ) Houndog tall fescue.
