摘　　要：系统结构模型分析法便于决策者把握复杂系统的结构,根据一定方法建立多级递阶结构图有助于找出影响系统的关键因素,有利于解决相应的交通问题。The method of system-structure-model analysis is helpful for understanding the structure of complex systems. By establishing multi-hierarchical structure chart, it is helpful for finding key factors affecting the system and solving traffic problems correspondingly.
