摘　　要：刑事案件的侦查成本是指刑事侦查部门为了侦控刑事犯罪案件,在刑事侦查过程中所投入的全部费用。刑事案件的侦查成本研究是将经济学中的成本与收益分析引入刑事案件的侦查过程,从本质和经济两个层面分析其构成及对其造成影响的主要因素,使其效能在现有条件下得以最大限度的发挥。The cost of investigation for criminal case refers to the whole expenses which investigation department spend clear up the case in process of investigation. Research on investigation cost for criminal case is to draw analysis between cost and income in economics into investigation process, to analyze its formation and main factor from the essential and economic aspect, and to bring its efficacy into full play on present condition.
