摘　　要：随着远程教育的快速发展,高校的校外教学中心也越来越多、越来越广。如何更合理有效地解决不同地域不同时间的报名、注册等问题,成为影响高校远程教育横向发展的一个至关重要的问题。计算机技术和计算机网络的飞速发展为此提供了条件,基于B/S模式的网络教育招生报名系统在此基础上应运而生。With the rapid development of network education, didactical stations of colleges and universities have changed more and wider. It＇s important and necessary to find a logical and effective method to solve the problem of enrolling, register and so on in different zone and different time, which affects the landscape development of network education of colleges and universities. The rapid development of computer technologies and computer network make it possible, and Enrolling System for Network Education B/S Model Based emerges.
