关于独立学院人才培养定位的思考

摘　　要：目前,全国高校独立学院有近300所,独立学院成立的时间不长,绝大多数才2～3年.教育实践表明:独立学院不能照搬公立高校的人才培养目标、培养模式和课程设置.如何准确地确立独立学院的教学定位,对独立学院的发展有着重要的影响,也是独立学院教育工作者探讨的一个重大问题.At present, there are only 300 independent colledges in our country, most of which only age 2 ～ 3 years. Educational practises show that the talent cultivation aim, mode and curriculum design in independent colledges should be different from the public colledges. The educations should consider essential item of how to fix the orientation of education in independent colledges.
