摘  要:采用实时共焦激光扫描显微镜图象系统对小鼠骨髓原红细胞核形态变化作了动态观察。结果表明:金丹丸能促进辐射损伤小鼠外周血象的恢复,提高白细胞、红细胞数,明显地提高小鼠骨髓有核细胞数,其效果优于古汉养生精,细胞CT分析结果显示:经60Co致死剂量照射,损伤后小鼠骨髓原红细胞核严重破坏,细胞核DNA荧光物质凝聚、断裂,与未照射组有显著差异;而给金丹丸组小鼠骨髓原红细胞核结构完整,核DNA荧光物质密集、无断裂,其荧光强度分布与未照射组一样,说明该药能维持骨髓早期造血细胞的正常结构和生理形态,具有保护骨髓,促进造血的作用。By using confocal laser scanning microscopy, the morphologic change of pronormoblastnuclei in mice bone marrow was observed dynamically. It was shown that Jin Dan Wan(JDW)can pro-mote the restoration of radiation-damage peripheral blood picture in mice, raisc WBC and RBC count,and increase the number of nucleared cells in mice bone marrow. The cell CT analysis showed that afterirradiation of lethal - dose 60Co,the nuclei of pronormoblasts in mice bone marrow were seriously de-stroyed and their DNA fluorescent substances were condensed and broken, which were significantly dif-ferent from those of non - irradiated group. However, in the mice fed with JDW , the structure of pronor-moblast nuclei remained intact, and there were no consendation and breaking of DNA fluorescent sub-stance in the nuclei and the distribution of their fluorescent intensity was similar to that of the non -irra-diated group.It is indicated that JDW can maintain the normal structure and physiological function ofhemopoietic stem cells,protect the bone inarrow and promote its hemopoietic function.
