精神分裂症患者单光子发射计算机断层研究

摘　　要：为验证精神分裂症前额叶功能降低的假说,应用单光子发射计算机断层摄影技术,研究了32例精神分裂症患者和21例正常对照者的脑功能。结果显示,患者组的脑功能降低发生率为93.8%(30/32),正常对照组未发现脑功能异常。患者组的双侧额叶、左侧颞叶及右侧基底节脑功能显著低于正常对照组。患者组的左侧脑功能显著低于右侧,脑功能降低与治疗及病程无关。To test the hypothesis that the schizophrenic patients were hypofunction of the pre- frontal cortex,the authors scanned 32 patients with schizophrenia and 21 normal controls with single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT).The result showed that 93.8%(30/32) of the pa- tients had dysfunctions of the brains.There was no dysfunction of brain in the normal controls.Com- pared with the normal controls,the patients brain function decreased significantly in bilateral frontal labes,the left temporal labes and the right basal ganglia.The functions of the left temporal labes were significantly lower than those of the right temporal labes.The authors were of the opinion that the dys- functions of the brains were not significantly related to the previous treatments of the schizophrenics and the durations of the disease.
