摘 要:通过对钢结硬质合金GW1和GT35的化学成分、物理性能、可加工性的分析,最终选择牌号为GW1的钢结硬质合金作为硅钢片高速冲模的材料;通过对GW1的热处理过程的研究,确定了其锻造前退火方法、温度,合理选择锻造温度范围,保证锻造质量,在锻造后进行去应力退火,以提高切削加工性能;淬火温度选择在1020℃,淬火后进行回火处理,防止锻件变形开裂,减小脆性,消除淬火后产生的应力,稳定内部组织,可以作为电机行业高速冲模材料选择的参考。Through analysis of chemical composition, physical performance and ma- chinability of GW1 and GT35 steel bonded carbide, select finally GW1 steel bonded carbide as material of silicon steel sheet high-speed die. Through study of heat-treatment process of GW1, determine its annealing method and temperature before forging. Select reasonably temperature range of forging to ensure forging quality. Destressed anneal should be carried out after forging to improve cutting work performance. Quenching temperature should be selected at 1020℃. Tempering treatment should be carried out after quenching to prevent from deformation and crack of the forging, reduce brittleness, remove stress produced after quenching and stabilize inner organism. This paper can be taken as reference of selection of high-speed die material of motor industry.
