摘　　要：三相异步电动机在检验中,时常发现产品试制鉴定时样品的性能指标符合图纸和产品要求,但在生产时不同厂家或同一厂家,不同批次的产品性能却波动很大,经分析是冲片及铁心的设计制造质量不稳定所致。本文所阐述的是一些对性能有影响,在设计制造中均难以发现的潜在隐患性问题。During inspection of three-phase induction motors, it is often found that the performance indices of the sample meet the requirements of drawings and product when it is trial produced and appraised, but during practical production, for products produced by the different manufacturer or different batches of same manufacturer, the performance may be different. Through analysis, it is caused by the design and manufacturing quality of punching and core. This paper describes some influences on performance, and some problems difficult to be found in design and manufacturing.
